Agreement to Terms- By using FINE HVAC services, you agree to these Terms. These terms apply to all installations, repairs, and maintenance services. 

Services- We provide installation, repair, maintenance, ductwork, and indoor air quality services. Scope of work is defined in your estimate or invoice. 

Estimates & Change Orders- All estimates are based on visible conditions. Hidden issues may require additional work. Any added work will require customer approval before proceeding. 

Permits & Code Compliance- FINE HVAC will obtain permits when required unless otherwise agreed. All work will meet Washington State and local code requirements. 

Pricing & Payments- Payment is due upon completion unless financing or prior agreement exists. Late payments may incur fees. Deposits may be required for installs. 

Scheduling & Access- Customers must provide safe access to the work area. Delays may occur due to weather, parts availability, or unforeseen conditions. 

Warranties- Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers. Labor warranties are provided when stated. Warranty is void if system is altered or not maintained. 

Maintenance Plans- Maintenance agreements include scheduled service visits and priority scheduling. Plans renew annually unless canceled. 

Cancellation Policy- Appointments must be canceled with at least 24 hours notice. Deposits may be non-refundable. 

Limitation of Liability- FINE HVAC is not responsible for indirect damages, pre-existing issues, or structural problems discovered during work. 

Property Protection- We take care to protect your home but are not liable for hidden structural or pre-existing conditions. 

Governing Law- These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State.
